1. What do I
do after my plane lands at T.F. Green Airport?
Simply proceed to the Payless rental counter located in the Southwest
Airlines baggage claim area. Our employee on duty will dispatch our
shuttle van immediately or use our courtesy phone during off hours
to contact the shuttle van dispatch.
2. Where do I find the Shuttle after I call?
Proceed out the front doors of the airport to the second curb. This
is where all shuttle vans and taxi cabs are located. Our shuttle bus
will either be there waiting or will arrive within a few minutes.
3. What are our hours of operation?
Open 7 days a week.
4. Are there any additional services you offer in addition to parking?
We rent a wide variety of late model cars. Luxury SUV's & Cars, Moving
Trucks and RV's. 7 passenger to 15 passengers vans Ask your customer

5. What happens if my return date or time changes?
Just give us a call to inform us of your travel changes, and we
will accommodate your needs.
